The show focuses on the journey of real people, with real lives. The show focuses on everything from lifestyles, entertainment, news, money, current events and everything that helps mold our choices, our desires and our lives. We offer this by connecting people with others that can help them, offering shows with experts, interviews, relevant information, celebrity guests, notables and news makers. And we do it with humor, passion and good ole fashion fun. Our goal is to help enlighten our listeners with useful information that can cross over into their everyday lives.  

This is a show that gives regular, everyday people a chance to try the things tacked on their vision board, the ideas written in journals, to find their true calling. Rich or poor, many of us walk in these very shoes, or there wouldn't be so many self help books at Barnes n Noble, so what's holding us, them, you me back? It's time to find out! If anything, viewers and listeners will at least have the satisfaction of knowing they are not the only one's trying to figure it all out. We are not two crazy analysts who rant about the same issues with only one perspective. We're not hosts who don't care about the voice of others. Gianna and Chasta have incredible chemistry when co-hosting a show and are able to formulate compelling and different opinions, regardless of the topic.  Most listeners feel they can identify with either Chasta or Gianna. This show is an uncensored, realistic view how life really is and how hard it is for people to find their calling, live their dreams. And the moment they do, was it all they wanted? 

Our demographic and call base crosses all cultures and backgrounds. From 35 plus career driven professionals to an "MTV /VH1" young adult crowd, our audience is as diverse as they come and can often include a very tech savvy/gen x crowd. Our listeners also encompass the desired 25-54 year old woman.

We originally called the show "3Way" because it focused on a left, right, middle political concept. Each host took a stern stance on various topics.  After having broadcast the show weekly on a national level through CRN, we found our audience was more receptive to topics that were not so focused on the "negative" aspects of our society. Instead, they were more drawn to topics of pop culture/lifestyle/main stream news. After taking that into account, we made the change to a two-person hosted show that blossomed tremendously from there. The third person in the "threeway" is the expert, the guest, or the caller.
